Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

We address damages on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Lost Packages

Packages marked "Delivered": If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 48 hours as sometimes carriers prematurely mark packages as delivered. Check with neighbors or your building management. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact the carrier directly.

Packages not delivered: If your package is significantly delayed or appears stuck in transit, please contact us. We may need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order.
